No 4 Area General Meeting
Host: Bude Branch on Saturday 17th January 2026
Venue: The Parkhouse Centre, Ergue-Gaberic Way, Bude, EX23 8LD
A 5 min level walk from the car park to the rear of the Parkhouse Centre or the towns Crescent Car Park. The General meeting will be held in a function room.
The venue has wheelchair access.
- Timings: The venue will be open from 10:30 with tea, coffee and biscuits available. The bar opens shortly after. Committee meeting starting 11:00 prior to the General meeting which will start at 13:30. A buffet will be provided on completion.
- Lunch: will be at 12:00. You are welcome to pre-order a pastie, available for £5 (vegan and / or vegetarian can be provided) with a pre-payment of £5. Cheques payable to ‘Royal Naval Association Bude’ With Names, Branch and ‘Area Buffet written on the back. Sent to S/M Graeme Anderton, address below. Or payment via a bank transfer to Sort Code 30-91-41 Account: 00192299, with a Reference of ‘Area 4 buffet. If using this option please follow up by emailing S/M Graeme Anderton, details as below, with Names and Branch details.
Alternative culinary arrangements – please stroll into town to utilise the wonderful bakeries and cafes. - Afternoon Tea: On completion of the meeting. Shipmates are invited to partake of a light buffet, and Cornish afternoon tea provided by the Bude Branch. Please notify Bude branch of any food allergies for the buffet by 20th December.
- Returns: Attendees to be made known to S/M Graeme Anderton, the host Branch Secretary.
