“Dear All, you may recall attending the previous talk we had from this guy, he was really interesting and humorous, (which for such topics you wouldn’t think would work).

Alan Jenkins will be at our social event on Friday 20th November at “The Moose Lodge”, 137 Chickerell Road, Weymouth DT4 0BW, commencing at 19:45, (time to get a drink), for a 20:00 start.

We are not charging entrance fees to this event, simply come along, make up the numbers and enjoy the talk. Raffle tickets will of course be on sale for the evening, and we hope you don’t mind buying a couple.

This talk is a humorous and enlightening look at the first 10 years of my police career. It cover the years 1981 – 1990 when I served in Merseyside Police. As the title suggests they were indeed crazy years at times and in some ways unique and a different world compared to policing today.
