Forces Charities

BLESMA (British Limbless Ex Service Men’s Association) is the national charity for limbless serving and ex service men and women and their dependants and widows.
Help for Heroes raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country.
KartForce focuses on providing the injured troops themselves with the opportunity of enjoying action packed experiences of racing and socialising, something they never thought they could do again.
The Not Forgotten Association is a national tri-service charity which provides entertainment and recreation for the serving wounded and the ex-service community with disabilities.
Men and Women in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines serve their country, often at times of national crisis and danger. The RNBT exists to serve them and their families, by providing support at times of need, throughout their lives.
Seafarers UK is an umbrella charity that gives grants to other charities. If you work for a charity that helps seafarers or ex-seafarers your organisation may qualify for a grant from Seafarers UK. By seafarer we mean someone who is, or once was, in the Royal Navy, Merchant Navy or fishing fleets. We also give grants to charities that help seafarers’ families, including widows and children.
We’re the UK’s oldest Armed Forces charity. We provide practical help and assistance to anyone who is currently serving or has ever served, even if it was only for a single day. We’re here for them and their families wherever they are.
Surf Action are a registered Charity, an award winning and pioneering project that uses surfing and the beach environment to help people deal with the ongoing problems of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and physical injury.
