Area 4 consists of <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">29 branches in total, of which 11 branches submitted Welfare &amp; Wellbeing returns, representing <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">approximately 38% reporting coverage. This continued improvement in participation strengthens <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">the reliability of the data and provides a broader, more representative view of welfare delivery <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">across the Area. The breadth and consistency of reporting highlight an Area delivering both <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">routine welfare support and complex, ongoing casework, with repeated engagement in <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">befriending, transport assistance, bereavement support and financial or advocacy-based <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">interventions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2.
